Duck is a noble, flavorful, and highly versatile ingredient in the kitchen.
It is especially prized in French, Chinese, and Southeast Asian cuisines, as well as in certain Mediterranean and American culinary traditions.
- Duck rillettes, raisin and caramelized onions, yellow beetroot salad with grainy mustard
- Duck breast, celery puree, shallot confit with maple syrup, butternut, maple whisky and cranberry sauce |
- French toast with jasmine, salted butter caramel sauce and foie gras nuggets, orange zest |
The price includes a cooking workshop of approximately 2 hours, followed by an on-site tasting of the dishes prepared, all in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
