On the occasion of Martinique Gourmande 2026, Ateliers & Saveurs invites you to discover the richness and generosity of Martiniquan cuisine through a festive, flavourful and convivial culinary experience.

Martiniquan cuisine is a true journey for the senses, where African, French, Indian, Indigenous American and Creole influences come together. Colourful, fragrant and generous, it showcases fresh and flavourful ingredients, including fish and seafood, marinated meats, root vegetables, tropical fruits, as well as a generous blend of spices and aromatic herbs.

For the occasion, our chefs will introduce you to some of Martinique’s most iconic flavours, through an experience that celebrates both gastronomy and the joy of sharing.

And because Martinique simply wouldn’t be Martinique without its cocktails, the experience will also feature creations inspired by Caribbean traditions and Martiniquan rum, extending the journey right into your glass.
