- Beef filet mignon, foie gras sauce, crispy fingerling potatoes and roasted cippolini onions |
 - Cauliflower cream, with toast of home made duck rillette and fresh chive oil |
 - Brioche bread pudding, bourbon and foie gras chantilly, spiced wine jelly |
 
The price includes a cooking workshop of approximately 2 hours, followed by an on-site tasting of the dishes prepared, all in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
The experience is paired with three glasses of wine, carefully selected by our sommeliers to perfectly complement each course.
