Come learn how to prepare traditional dishes from this fabulous country with a touch of fusion!

• Pickled eggplant, roasted, Turkish style
• Circassian chicken, cashew, pine nuts, almonds |
• Jasmine rice, chicken broth with spices |
• Imam Bayaldi's garnishes, tomatoes, peppers, garlic, onions |
• Incir compostu, dried figs in syrup, lemon, almonds and pistachios |

The price includes a cooking workshop of approximately 2 hours and the on-site tasting of the dishes prepared in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere!
