Turkey is a true mosaic of flavors, blending Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Balkan, and Caucasian influences.
Come learn how to prepare traditional dishes from this fabulous country with a touch of fusion!
- Anatolian Fizz
- Pickled eggplant, roasted, Turkish style
- Circassian chicken, cashew, pine nuts, almonds |
- Jasmine rice, chicken broth with spices |
- Imam Bayaldi's garnishes, tomatoes, peppers, garlic, onions |
- Incir compostu, dried figs in syrup, lemon, almonds and pistachios |
The price includes a cooking workshop of approximately 2 hours and the on-site tasting of the dishes prepared in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere!
A cocktail made with Raki, the country’s emblematic spirit, is offered upon your arrival!
