It’s here! I’m hooked on Lobster! A glass of bubbles or wine is offered!
- Lobster salad, avocado, mango, Yuzu, Japanese pickled ginger and puffed quinoa |
- Lemon tart, thyme mousse, elderberry syrup
- Saffron infused risotto with lobster |
The price includes a cooking workshop of approximately 2 hours and on-site tasting of the dishes prepared in a friendly atmosphere. Taxes, tips, and drinks are not included, and tips are greatly appreciated on-site!
