A day to better understand and appreciate wine in a fun and friendly way. How is wine made? How and with what should it be served? At what temperature?  

Start with an introduction to tasting white, rosé and red wines to develop your senses (sight, smell, taste) and better interpret the notion of terroir and grape varieties.

At dinnertime, you'll be offered a food and wine pairing session to help you better understand the notions of food and wine pairing.

Finally, we'll help you decipher your personal taste profile to discover the wines that suit you best. Blind tasting is also on the program!
