What’s on the agenda:

Basic techniques: Learn how to handle the shaker, precise measuring, perfect service, and professional gestures that make all the difference.

Professional equipment: Get familiar with essential tools — shaker, strainer, jigger, muddler, bar spoon, and much more.

Spirits: An introduction to the major alcohol families (gin, rum, vodka, whisky…), their characteristics, and how to choose them for different cocktails.

The role of ice: Understand its importance in preparation, dilution, and temperature control of cocktails.

Balance of flavors: Learn to harmonize acidity, sweetness, bitterness, and alcohol to create balanced and surprising tastes.

Cocktail history and culture: Dive into the fascinating world of cocktails, their origins, evolution, and some essential anecdotes.

This day will not only help you master the technical basics but also give you real skills to impress your friends!

Throughout the day, you will prepare several classic and original cocktails, which you’ll enjoy in a friendly atmosphere.
