Tapas and cocktail evenings: an invitation to conviviality, culinary discovery, and the joy of sharing. They stand out for their warm and relaxed atmosphere, ideal for conversation and good cheer.

• Tuna and shrimp tartare, diced strawberries, cilantro and peppercorn on croutons
• Duck tataki with red berries, green peas in meat jus sauce
• Yogurt cake, citrus sherbet, mandarin gel, lime zest whipped cream |
• Fish fritters with corn and green onion, Cajun mayo |
• Beef sirloin lollipop marinated in Malabar pepper and rosemary, blanched onion purée |

The price includes a cocktail workshop upon arrival, followed by a tapas workshop of approximately 2 hours and on-site tasting of the dishes prepared, all in a warm and friendly atmosphere!
