Raspberries
0.50 Oz
Lemon juice
0.50 Oz
Elderflower syrup
0.25 Oz
Rose water
2 Oz
Rosé cranberry juice
2 Oz
Fiol
- Ice

In a shaker, muddle the raspberrries with the lemon juice and the syrup.
Pour the other ingredients out except the Fiol Prosecco !!!
Add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.
Pour the mix out, through a cocktail strainer, in an Champagne glass, fill it with the Fiol Prosecco.
