A Cocktail Class at Ateliers & Saveurs is an interactive workshop where participants learn how to make cocktails in a friendly atmosphere. The experience introduces mixology techniques, ingredients, flavour combinations, and recipes that can be recreated at home.

Are Cocktail Classes suitable for beginners?

Yes. Cocktail Classes are suitable for beginners. The techniques, measurements, and preparation steps are explained during the workshop, so no previous mixology experience is required.

What do you learn in a Cocktail Class?

In a Cocktail Class, you learn how to use the right tools, measure ingredients, balance flavours, and prepare cocktails based on a specific theme. Workshops may focus on classic cocktails, cocktails from around the world, Quebec spirits, or more original creations.

What kinds of cocktails can you learn to make?

Classes may include classic cocktails or drinks made with gin, rum, tequila, mezcal, vodka, whisky, or local spirits. Themes vary according to the schedule and available classes. All Cocktail Classes offer non-alcoholic alternatives.

Is a Cocktail Class a good idea for happy hour?
