Limoncello fresh strawberries martini, honey greek yogourt, lemon crumble

Fresh strawberries soaked in Limoncello elegantly served in a martini glass and topped with Greek yogurt mixed with honey and a crispy almond powder biscuit with lemon zest.

For the lemon crumble

For the Limoncello strawberries

400 Gr
100 Ml

For the honey greek yogurt

160 Gr
Greek yogurt
30 Ml

Preparation time: 30 min

Preheat your four at 375 °F

  • General preparation

    In a sauce pan, reduce the Limoncello down to 3/4, dice the strawberries, mix it together and reserve in the fridge. Mix Greek yogurt with honey. Zest the lemon.

  • Lemon crumble preparation

    In a bowl, stir together sugar, flour and almond powder. Add in the butter cut into small pieces making sure not to overmix. Stir in the lemon zests. In a baking dish, spread your crumble, bake for 7 minutes. Remove the dish and using a fork, crush your crumble. Finish the cooking for 7 minutes and let it cool down.

  • To serve

    In a martini glass, place the strawberries, then a spoonful of Greek yogurt with honey and finish with lemon crumble.
