Cointreau

Pineapple juice

In a shaker, put the anise star and pour the ingredients out (, EXCEPT the Fiol.
Fill your shaker up with ice cubes and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.
Pour your cocktail out, through a cocktail strainer, into a coupette glass.
Top it with the Fiol.
