Yuzu juice
0.50 Oz
Apricot syrrup
2 Oz
Fiol
2 Leaf(ves)
Mint
3 Oz
Pink grapefruit juice
- Ice

In a Shaker pour all the ingrédients, EXCEPT the bubbles. Add some ice cube and shake well during 8 to 10 seconds. Pour the trotality of your shaker into a wine glass and complete with the bubbles.
