Thyme

0.50 Oz

Lemon

0.50 Oz

Elder flower

1 Oz

Belvedere vodka

3 Oz

White cranberry juice

1 Oz

Flacatoune (biere blonde)

In a shaker, put the strawberries, the lemon juice and the Elder Flower. With a muddler, crush gentely this mix. Add the others ingrédients, EXCEPT THE BEER, and the ice. Shake well during 8 to 10 seconds. Srain into a flute glass of champagne. Complete your glass with the beer. Stirr before serving.
