A comfort food menu with wine pairing from our sommelier, 3 glasses of wine included
- Tuna tartare with marinated ginger and avocado mousse
- Crème brûlée flavored with cardamom, diced candied pineapple, rosemary crumble
- Beef filet mignon, bearnaise sauce, candied fingerling potatoes, sauteed smoked bacon and mushrooms
The price includes a cooking course of 2 hours and the on-the-spot tasting of dishes prepared as well as 3 glasses of wine selected by our sommelier during the meal; the additional drinks and the taxes are not included
