Chic menu with pairing of our sommelier, 3 glasses of wine included
- Passion fruit cream, coconut crumble, tonka bean frothed milk |
- Vacuum cooked chicken breast with morel sauce, roasted potatoes with rosemary and root vegetables |
- Ginger tuna tartare, crostini, yuzu sour cream sauce, Masago caviar |
The price includes a 2-hour cooking workshop and on-site tasting of the recipes prepared in a warm atmosphere, as well as 3 glasses of wine selected by our sommelier during the meal. Taxes and additional beverages are not included. Gratuities appreciated on site!
