Chic menu with pairing from our sommelier, 3 glasses of wine included
- Tuna tataki, sesame, spicy mayonnaise, cucumber, edamame, green onion
- Roast monkfish, pea purée, spinach, fennel petals, raspberries |
- White butter sauce
- Lemon cake with olive oil, white icing |
- Cold-infused almond milk custard |
The price includes a cooking workshop of about 2 hours and on-site tasting of the dishes prepared in a friendly atmosphere, as well as 3 glasses of wine selected by our sommelier during the meal.
Additional drinks and taxes are not included, and tips are greatly appreciated on-site!
