• Hosomaki: Avocado and smoked and grilled salmon |
• Reverse maki with pollock and fresh coriander |
• Tuna makizushi, sweet chili mayo, cucumber and red radish |
• Reverse Maki: Salmon tartare, avocado, Boston lettuce, honey and pistachios |

The price includes a sushi workshop of approximately 2 hours, followed by an on-site tasting of your sushi in a friendly atmosphere, along with a glass of wine or sake, chosen by our sommelier!
