Chic menu with pairing from our sommelier, 3 glasses of wine included
- Seared scallop, celeriac puree and chorizo oil
- Grilled hanger steak, Béarnaise sauce, garlic mashed potato espuma, and green beans |

The price includes a 2-hour cooking class and on-site tasting of the dishes prepared, plus 3 glasses of wine selected by our sommelier during the meal; additional drinks are not included, gratuity appreciated!
