Learn how to decorate cakes on financier
During this course, you will learn how to make 4 financier then you will learn to decorate them with different fillings. You will leave with 2 financier of each perfume.
- Financier almond biscuit, lemon cream, burnt meringue twirl, lemon zest
- Pistachio Financier, ivory whipped cream, roasted pistachio
- Sweet Financier (almond cakes), vanilla and caramelized Chibouste cream, caramel lava heart
- Chocolate sweet Financier (fresh almond cakes), dark chocolate ganache, raspberry, chocolate balls
The price includes a pastry lesson of 2h30 and 2 financier of each perfume therefore 8 pieces to take away at the end of the course; Taxes not included, tip appreciated
