Traditional Italian cuisine ! A glass of Prosecco upon your arrival!

This course is brought to you by our partner Bertazzoni, an Italian brand of exceptional appliances.  Our chefs are proud to create and cook with Bertazzoni appliances.

• Mortadella and spinach mini calzone with an arugula salad and vinaigrette |
• Potato gnocchi fried, marsala sauce wild mushrooms and pancetta, arugula pistou |
• Lemony yogurt panna cotta with citrus segments infused with jasmine tea honey |

The price includes a cooking workshop of approximately 2 hours, followed by the on-site tasting of the dishes prepared in a friendly atmosphere!
A glass of Prosecco will be offered upon your arrival!
