A comfort food menu with wines pairing of our sommelier, 3 glasses of inclusive wine
- Pork rack glazed with spiced honey, mashed potatoes with Migneron de Charlevoix cheese, wilted spinach
- Roasted half-pear, cinnamon crumble, citrus zest and honey yogurt
- Roasted onion and sweet potato soup, crispy pancetta, sour cream and tarragon
