Cocktail workshop, chic menu, food and wine pairing and sparkling rosé wine for St Valentin's day
- Beef tenderloin, seared foie gras, sautéed mushrooms and bacon, parsnips and celery mousseline, red wine and shallots sauce

The price includes a cocktail workshop and a cooking course of 2 hours and the on-the-spot tasting of dishes prepared as well as 3 glasses of wine selected by our sommelier during the meal ; the additional drinks and the taxes are not included, tips appreciated
