Chic menu with pairing from our sommelier, 3 glasses of wine included

• Beef hanger, with roasted fingerling potatoes, mushrooms fricassée with garlic and béarnaise sauce |
• Moist yogurt cake, citrus sherbet, mandarin gel, lime zest whipped cream
• Oven roasted green asparagus, crushed hard boiled egg, white wine and fresh chives sabayon, toasted hazelnut powder |
