Croque-Monsieur, beer foam and emmenthal cheese

Ingredients

6 slices of white bread
1 italian tomato
3 slices of cooked ham
75g of gratted emmenthal swiss cheese
3 tbl sp of cooking cream 35%
1 knob of butter
1 blond beer (coors light)

Preparation

For a dozen of pieces

Remove the crust of the bread. Spread some butter on 3 slices of bread and cover with ham. Cut thin slices of tomatoes and add them on top of the ham. Cover with 3 slices of bread.

Pour the beer on a bowl and whip to get some foam.

In a bowl add the cheese, the cream and then the beer foam. Mix well.

Pour the mix on the croque monsieur and bake in the oven at 400°F for 10 min. Broil for 5 min.

Cut the sandwiches in 4 and pick with a wooden skewer.
