PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT!
MARTINIS: Practice makes Perfect! (Article published in Tourism Montreal Blog in april 2009)
If you go on the Ateliers et Saveurs website, you’ll find an agenda full of amazing activities to chose from. I myself registered for the Spring Martini session. On the menu: raspberry mint, pink cucumber and honey basil martinis. Can you say YUMMY?
For about an hour, I carefully watched Fanny, the passionate and creative mixologist from Paris who knows every single thing about every single alcohol. She taught me how to create drinks made from heaven. My life is no longer the same.
Step by step, I followed her with great attention as I created my very own martinis. I also got to munch on three tapas plates that are carefully created by the chef in the room next door. (That’s because Ateliers et Saveurs also offers cooking and wine training, which unfold in the stunning adjacent kitchen and dining room.)
Make sure you call to reserve your workshop, especially if you’re a big group. I already booked another session on April 16th for my sister’s birthday. (I know. Great gift!)
