PROFESSIONAL WORKSHOPS
"Bartender : A real job"

being a good bartender doesn't happen by chance, it happens with proper training. That is why we developed a one-week training program that will give you the tools of the trade.

From a in-depth understanding of alcohol, to managing clientele and efficiently setting up a bar, you will gain insight on all aspects of the profession. Be prepared to take part in hands-on training complete with role-playing and other situation setting games. Because we belive that the best way to learn is through practice...and why not have fun doing it?

- DURING THE DAY: 30 hours of training. Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 04:30pm (1 hour lunch break at 12:30pm).

- WEEK END AND EVENING: 30 hours of training. Sunday from 10am to 06pm (1 hour lunch break at 12:30pm) and Monday, Tuesday from 06pm to 10pm - 2 weeks in a row.

GENERAL PUBLIC WORKSHOPS:

Ever dreamt of getting behind the bar and mixing drinks or savouring some of the finest liquors? With Bar & Coach, it's possible! Learn how to prepare cocktails that will look and taste delicious, or sample some of the best alcohol, in a real bar setting!

"Tendance Cocktail" : This time the bartender is...you! Come learn how to recreate your favourite cocktails during a friendly and fun happy hour! And because it's always nice to munch on a little something with a good cocktail, our chef will be part of the team helping you to prepare a few delicious tapas

"Le Rendez-vous des Passionnés": Are you an amateur when it comes to knowing about cognac, porto and champagne? Do you want to know more about your favourite alcohol? Join us for one of our Rendez-vous des Passionnés. Comfortably seated in our lounge, participate in a tasting that will link the useful to the enjoyable, and learn about the history, the methods of fabrication and the optimal conditions for proper tasting.

"Barman d'un jour" : Feel like impressing your friends during your next evening? Want to discover  the tricks of the trade? "Barman d'un jour" is the workshop for you! In one day or in the afternoon (2 sessions of your choice), you will learn the theory and practice necessary to create, within the realm of the art, a wide variety of cocktails.
