4 to 5 kiwi pieces
1/2 oz of lemon juice
1/4 oz of liquid sugar cane
1/2 oz of Midori (Melon Liquor)
1 oz of VodkaSparkling Elderflower Cordial
In a shaker, put the kiwi pieces, pour the lemon juice and Midori. Use a muddler to crush those ingredients. Add the ice and pour the Vodka. Shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Pour out the mix into an old-fashioned glass, add a few ice cubes and fill it up with the Sparkling cordial. Stir it well and serve with 2 straws.
Garnish Idea : prepare a nice kiwi skewer, add it into your glass...
