Instructors: Montreal chefs Eric Gauthier and Philippe Berriet.

Format: weekday lunch including the meal; evening special-occasion cuisine with takeout; Thursday night raw cuisine; Tuesday night, sushi classes; Saturday morning, shopping at Atwater Market and then cooking lunch; Sunday brunch; evening wine and cocktail classes. Demonstration, participation and the food cooked.
